I got a sim - not cut but proper micro - at the kiosk directly in front of Bintang supermarket Seminyak . The guy fitted and set all up I think from memory it was under 200 k rp . Can't remember how much credit but I used for two weeks mainly txt a few calls to aust and then just wifi all around the place. Still had credit left over. Just make sure phone is unlocked.
