Have had annual and longer policies with them for over eight years.
January 2010 they changed underwriters to LLyods and their emergency contact center to UK.
What was once the best travel insurance available to Aussies has become as bad as any pommie insurance. Just ask any pom you meet on your travels what they think about their insurance. Absolutely crap.
Next policy looking for Mondial Assist as the emergency contact and a European underwriter for next policy which is due for renewal in Feb 2012.
Always reccomended WN until we had the misfortune of trying to claim under new structure. We never claim small stuff like delays etc, insurance is there for the big stuff.
