Unfortunately, Strategic have only one medium haul aircraft which is used for the Bali/Brisbane and Melbourne/Phuket run. A breakdown of the aircraft has a knock on effect with all flights being delayed.
Someone called 3AW this morning saying they were stuck in Bali, some passengers have been put on other carriers, but apparently families haven't been as lucky (maybe due to seat availability) Passengers in Phuket have been alerted by text that tonights Phuket-Mel flight is delayed until tomorrow.
I wish Strategic well... our family is booked to go to Phuket with them in October. (No comment from you Ting :-)
