We Got back last night and ate there twice, WE found the staff excellent food great and the band was also good. Plenty of happy people dining and staff were attentive and kind.
IMO People read to much into one dining experience, a friend we took there loved the food as we did, try the calamari for starters best I have had in Kuta.
Just my opinion and I eat out a lot and have been to Bali 6 times, sure we not talkin 1st class food but we are talking cheap prices.
If you want 1st class food and service go and pay for it!
