best cafe in Ubud by a mile. Central Ubud, JL Hannaman. Definitely have the potato rosti's but you cant go wrong with ordering everything on their menu. Top service, great owners, beautiful surrounds. Dine in the fish pool on the island/table. I cant recommend it enough.
Get a esateric massage from Master healer Agung. Again half way down Jl Hannaman, its called Esateric massage, just ask a local there will be people on the street who will know Agung. Id recommend the 2 hour healing massage.
Be ware of the monkey forest, they are quite cute but can be savage and master thieves. Dont wear sunnies or hats as you will lose them.
And you cant go to Ubud without dining on their traditional Suckling pig. Ibu Oka is the name of the place, ask for the special (30 000rp). Go to Ubud Central, opposite the palace on the road that the buses and drivers all park.
