I saw this just a few days ago...my friends went shopping and I decided to read my book. I went to the pool area at the Kumala Pantai and there was no one to be seen at 10 am however all the sun lounges were drapped with the lovely fresh smelling blue and white towels. I sat at a table and watched for four hours. It was incredible. I saw people coming in and out for short stints. Some of the lounges never saw anyone until after 2pm. Finally a group of Aussies who had been at the pool the entire time moved. The family was a big one about 15 people. I jumped straight up from my seat and walked over with lead like legs from the wooden chairs just in time to secure the four lounges. Alas my girlfriends walked in five mins later ready for a bintang and a swim after their very busy day of shopping. Those sun lounges took me four and a half hours to secure. Some of the lounges that had been "taken" were never used the entire time. The hotels really should prevent this type of inconsiderate behaviour.
