I stay at Legian for most of my holiday but always go to Sanur for a few days. This year I am booked into Swastika Bungalows again. This is listed as 3 star and I love it there. Pools are nice and rooms are very large, with nice outdoor balcony seating area. I love their breakfast. Lots to choose from. I am on my own and always feel safe there. Not too far from beach. I usually walk along and cut through Bonsai cafe. I have also stayed at Peneeda View which is right on beach and I love it there but that is a more expensive option, but worth it if it is in your price range.
