Ida rooms grnd flr at back are large with fridge,no tea or coffee making but kitchen has urn in dining room for early birds.Breakfast similar.Smaller pool and gardens not as spacious but very quiet and many returnees.
I would give the Ida an extra point because of the bathrooms being bigger and cleaner.
