we met a guy in a bar who told us his wife and two friends are starting up a cooking school and invited us along tobe guineapigs at the dry run yeterday, free.What with the villa and now the cooking school free you will be thinking I have short arms and long pockets but it just worked out thatway. I cant for the life of me remember the name of the hotel and dont know my way around Sanur much but I do rember it is going to be called bamboo shoots when it opens.They had a good setup under one of those bambo gazebo things with stainless steel benches all nice and clean. The 3 ladies were just lovely and we all got in together to cook spring rolls, fishsoup, fish in banana leaves,chicken curry and banana fritters which we then got to eat. It was all delicious and we had the best time doing it. I think when they start properly they will pick up people from hotel early and go to the market to buy the stuff
