There are many tour operators in Bali, but I think you will mostly find that they are an easy way for the operators to make commission on your purchases as the shop owners will add about 20% commission before you even open your mouth to say "how much" Best to avoid them if you can and do your own thing with your own driver.The driver may still get commission but it is most likely to be around 5%.
