in all honesty I don't think that Royal Tunjung Villas woud be suitable for young childen.
Each villa is very open plan downstairs in that there is no walls, windows or any sound barriers between you and the next villa. Sitting in your downstairs area you could be seen by at least 3other villa occupants.
The grounds have several small fish ponds which are quite deep and a small child would need to be supervised constantly as they have no barriers around them.
A walled villa like Villa Coco or Hidden Garden villas would be more suitable as there is more seclusion for you.
