They've just been taken over by Scholl. Their standard designs and fittings have changed RADICALLY, so much so that they may no longer be suitable for you(sadly that's what I have found).Previously you could buy them directly off Orthoheel on the net, you can no longer do this either. Big shame, in my opinion. They are not available in Indonesia.
