thanks to all who replied re my sons booking on Garuda flight this morning, good news, they had the booking and he didnt need the printed out copy of ticket that never arrived.
I did a bit of research last night (as mothers do) and there was quite a bit on the internet about people being charged multiple times, credit cards not working etc. I would recommend booking through webjet or someone else for GAruda till they get their problems sorted out.
