taking a cab to a fixed price shop like Ketuts in Legian and you will find out what the going rate is. she is fixed price, not a huge range but not bad, and it would be a mega bargaining effort to get market stall elsewhere to better her price.
Even if you don't buy anything you will know what the going rate is for the rets of your holiday.
Also, I can't find strappy shoes for anything near 50k and I think the range is not as good as it was a few yrs ago
