If you get the taxi to Tuban at the counter it would only be 45,000 - 50,000rph. I have seen some people use them with surfboards but it would depend on how long it is. If you have booked your accommodation the hotel may come and collect you, most charge around 100,000rph.
There are plenty of drivers around and I am sure you can find email and phone numbers people have recommended on the forum. When I went over 2 weeks ago I used Made, he hangs around the lane at Dewi Sri. He has a van big enough for a surfboard. I can give you his mobile number if you like and you can text him your details for when you arrive and he will pick you up.
