First Timer

Heading over in 2 1/2 weeks- first time. We have a driver taking us to Ubud and Sanur on our very first full day there and are wondering if there are any purchases or things I should look out for there that I maybe wont get in Kuta shops. Also what times are the Market in Ubud open. Thanks for any info.
