I booked my upcoming accommodation with them direct via email and had no issues with them responding to all messages reasonably quickly - as far as hotels in Bali go, at least.
reservation@ramagardenhotelbali.com is the address I used.
Sometimes they replied next day and other times it took a day or two. At the end they were slow with confirming they'd taking one night payment from my card, so I just emailed again saying I was still waiting for a response and a receipt to be emailed to me, and they replied next day very apologetic for the delay and everything sorted.
This was all done back in January though.
