Lombok Travel

Off to Lombok during our stay in Paradise. We have decided on catching a Ferry over and return via flying either with Lion Air or Merapati. Has anyone ever booked flights online with these companies and if so was it reliable. Any advice on the Ferries to Lombok would be great also. Cheers
