Hi 6Yargs, we have stayed at Kuta Puri three or four times over past two years in either the Balinese Bungalows or the more expensive, think they are Deluxe. Balines bungalows more basic but clean and comfortable, newer Deluxe great, both with outdoor bathrooms. Stayed once in the upstairs standard for a few nights, ok but dark in rooms. Never had any problems. Good location, great gardens, friendly staff (except restaurant some mornings) We have a child similar age as yours. Hope this helps.
