Perhaps you should check an airline website and see for yourself what is allowed and not allowed in any luggage, checked-in luggage going into the hold or hand luggage to be taken into the cabin.
The liquid in a lighter is inflammable and must not be in the luggage going into the hold. Matches can self-ignited and are also not allowewd. But, depending on airline and destination, you may have one small lighter "on you" or one small book of safety matches which Indonesian matches are not. That's it.
