cost of driver?

Can you please tell me what the going rate for drivers is for a full day, half day and airport to Puri Raja in Legian.
I have a wonderful driver but he wont tell me the right price as I take him gifts he wants to do it for free or so cheap its crazy. So I always like to know going rate so I dont under pay him.
