tour desk attendant at your hotel (presuming you are staying at a hotel) does a good enough job, plus you can sit down in comfort while organising it all, instead of standing in the sun somewhere on the street perspiring your backside off. They will also remind you as you walk past the desk each day. Always try and negotiate a discount. Or, look for a tour booth on the street that looks like it has lots of up to date brochures etc, and once again, try for a discount.
