no spell check so if i have stuffed up !!
Arrived Legian stayed at Kusnadi,Adeca, grand kumala.
All ok except kumala which has building works still going on and will continue for some time by the look of it.If staying at kumala best rooms to beat the noise would be c block.
Eating, tried all the usual spots around the area within walking distance as the weather was really good ,a little rain at night and cleared early morning.
Wallys excellent as usual even had the baby guling one night which was too much for our group even though we had ordered a portion and not the whole one.
Yutz still serving good steaks, garlic mushrooms the pick of starters.
Marzano on corner of 66 still the best pizzas, tried the pantai but their's was crap and so was the service ,maybe just a bad night.
JadI cafe is moving to Eddies cottages near the pearl in 66 ,i think only on a temp basis, had a few meals there had to wait as she cooks each one fresh but worth it if you want a cheap meal.
Tried the Corner on 66 not so good , ended up with the usual night rush to you know where!!.
Tried some of the beach warungs at the end of 66 , Animo quite good try the duck, Crystal Palace new one only open 2 months,Chamlung not too bad seafood ok.
Always have drinks at Seaside for the sunset, still good value.
Had lunch there quite a few times also.
Shopping usual haunts Discovery centre, matahari, geneva, there is a new handcrafts shop like geneva just opened near the jail i think name is umagi or something like that ,dont bother travelling the extra distance as it is cramped and only handcrafts.
Had leatherwork done at hero in rum jungle, always good make sure when getting leatherwork done tell them you are leaving 5 days ealier which gives you a chance if not happy..
Cycle tour witj jegeg was excellent can highly recomend as only small groups are catered for and highly personal..
