Bali Hyatt in the Regency Club rooms and recommend them. As part of the deal you get to have a few more luxuries like private dining in a separate area from other hotel guests (but with like regency club guests)and the best part is 2 hours from memory of sunset drinks, everything included, beautiful food etc. Most nights we were that full we could have easily have skipped dinner and just gone straight to bed!! Also the spa there is divine, first class. The hotel is right on the beach, you can hire bikes from the hotel and ride along the footpath right on the beach which will take you to the Sindhu beach markets. Plenty of great restaurants around also. Check out their website, you wont be dissappointed.
