"I lecture at 2 perth universities" might indicate that you have the same problem from which you believe that Baldie is suffering.
Of course I am not "qualified to make that judgement" but am only a poor uneducated non-University-lecturer type making an observation.
It would also be to the advantage of the people receiving your "course work" if this was given orally, for any written
"lectures" containing as many spelling mistakes as your post could easily destroy your credibility and make them think twice about the value of your teaching.
