I haven't gone but a friend went. His report: boring, better for small children. I think they have opened it before having completed all the features, so it might get better in the future.
I drove by a few days ago and the parking was absolutely packed. Hordes of people, the women all dressed covered head to toe including the muslim head scarves which draped halfway down the body. Can't imagine how they are going to enjoy a water park with their strict dress regulations.
