It's a bit slow as you can imagine for this kind of technology but all the same, not too bad.

You need the USB modem first, sorry I don't know the cost, the one I use I got a while ago, it is a telkomsel "speedy" modem but I forget what I paid. I have it because I started with Telkomsel's internet but didn't like it. Discovered the AXIS sim worked inside it and I get better connection.
I'm guessing a usb modem around rp1million?
right now AXIS has unlimited for rp70K/month. Obviously this is a great price.
