You have assumed that the "old boy" who you met a long time ago is the owner, and hence this must be his wife that you or your friends are referring to.
I can assure you that the original owner (owners) were from Fitzroy crossing and Perth.
The Fitzroy guy is the "old guy" and he developed stage 1 of KTH and later stage 2.
He is married to a lovely Indonesian lady and they have a young boy, now schooled in Queensland.
They now live in Queensland, and were last in Bali for a short time at Xmas.
The person you are referring to is NOT this lady.
Re who the current owner or owners are, that is another matter completely, but remember that all these apartments are individually owned and the whole operation is run under a management company.
This is not an insinuation.....it is a fact.
