Hi,
I have not been to Sanur in many years, maybe someone else on the forum can recommend some good spas there. In the Kuta area there are many good places, I tried Febris Hotel's spa last time and really liked it (good prices too). Check out the Balispas website which list lots of places and their websites.
Melasti group also have a spa in Kuta, I think it is linked to the Melasti Hotel in Tuban, treatments should be the same at all outlets, you can email spabali@biz.net.id to get a price list sent to you.
The spa at Bali Garden Hotel looks very nice but I have not tried this one (maybe next time).
You can get your hotel to book a treatment for you or try phoning, sometimes due to the language barrier I find it easier to pop in the day prior to organise which treatments I want.
So many treatments to choose from and everyone has their own preferences, why not pick a different one each day and see what you like? I personally get a bored after 3 hours so I try to limit to about 2 to 2.5 hours.
