Is on Hanoman on the west side of the road just across from Kafe. Looks out over a rice paddy and nice cheap food - good spot for a cheapie lunch
I always worry that Tropical Bale won't be open but it seems to be doing a bit better - I really can't understand why it isn't more popular it's a bargain!
