I've just spent a week at O-CE-N Outrigger at Legian and loved it!! We had a 2 room apartment which was massive. The cocktails ranged from 30,000 to 65,000 rupiah. Only ate at o-ce-n 1 night & I can't remember how much it was, had the seafood buffet which didn't impress me but my friends liked it. We ate at better and cheaper places long the street.
