You haven't said what ages they are but in Ubud there's a few places that have classes for children who'd like to learn painting, traditional dancing, sculpture etc

The Bali Spirit website says Pondok Pekak Library & Learning Center - Off the Football Field, Ubud, encourages "children from around the world to dance, sing & play together".They also have dance and gamelan lessons for children.

I don't know if this is still available but here is a clickable link at the bottom of this post to activities that i think would be a lot of fun, so would be worthwhile contacting the organisers to find out if they still have it.

At any rate i can recommend seeing a Mepantingan (martial arts/ mud wrestling) performance at the Green School for children and adults alike. Bookings for a performance are on same website
