When leaving Australia you can fill in a declaration of goods. It is a good idea to fill in the form with all the cameras, computers, phones etc.In doing so you safe guard your goods if they are lost or stolen. You can print the form out from the Australian border and Protection services website and fill all the details in before you get to the airport to save time(also then if you are worried about either the Bali or Aust customs taking or making you pay for a new item you have proof you bought it before you left and paid the GST).
You need to take the goods and form to the GST counter at the Airport and get the goods sighted and signed off by a Customs Officer, hope this helps.
