basic, not a bad size,I believe they have all been renovated. They looked good in Jan this year, we stayed Oct 10 before the reno's. Some have tv and dvd player. Aircon works and there is a fridge in the rooms, some have baths, others just a shower. For the price you pay and the area, good inexpensive accomodation includes breakfast. We are staying there again in Jan 12 with Bali virgins, if you want 5 star, go to the bigger resorts, if you want good clean accomodation with great hosts, restaurant etc then Ducks is great
