The fridge will have supplies for your first breakfast, with bread, butter and tea/coffes already in the villa.
There is also a complimentary fruit bowl for you in the kitchen, which will be prepared for you each morning.
We would give our maid/helper Rp and a shopping list for things like eggs, juice, more fresh bread etc and she would go out and buy it. The cost is very minimal, as technically breakfast is not really included. We would ask her to prepare banana pancakes or nasi goreng and we also got into the kitchen and cooked up some great breakfasts with her too.
So it just depends on what you would like to eat for breakfast, but the cost will be tiny each day and she leaves the change for you in the baskets in the kitchen, but we always just left that for her at the end of our stay.
