Our favourites were Delicious Onion, Rumours and Chandi - Ku De Ta was pretty fab for breakfast. Also had a really nice dinner at Warisan - not cheap but very nice food and cocktails.
Potato Head - great view, odd atmosphere - you get free views of hairy beer guts with your food. The drinks were nice but the food very average.
Sorry can't help with the shopping - we are not big shoppers.
