Never used it, never really had to? Depends really on the arrival time of your particular flight? Now we always catch the 5am ex Perth which lands 8.30am Denpasar & is the only international flight at that time, so were in & out in about 20 mins. Having said that, ONCE caught the Jet* ex Perth about 11am lands Denpasar about 2.30pm along with about 8 other international flights - THEN I reckon VIP would be the way to go - that particular time it was over 2 hours getting out thru immigration!
