Sorry, can't help with a driver. A Balinese friend usually drives us around and refuses my attempts to pay him. I try and do the right thing and find ways to compensate him indirectly.
We've used numerous drivers casually over our last five visits. Never had a problem. I've heard there are bad drivers around, but we've never struck one.
If you search the forum for 'driver benoa' you'll find a few recommendations. Otherwise, post a direct request for advice on the forum.
