We were in Bali for the end of Ramadan last year and although everything else was terrific the tailors were closed. The traffic was also very heavy with local tourists - - even our driver was complaining about the number of Indionesian tourists and their cars.
But after saying that Bali is Bali -- as long as you do not want any clothes/bags/shoes made you will have a ball.
