No it is not hard and the flights are terrific. We have flown with them for the last three holidays and have already booked for November this year. I know that you do not get the meals and entertainment on theses flights and that you have to pay for your luggage but the flights are great adn the flight attendants really make it worth while. If I can go AA I will from now on.
