go through Kuta Center (across the road from the BGH) walk through under the boom gate until you are at the back. Turn right into a lane than runs behind the Waterbom Park. Keep walking until you come to the Villa Kuta Regency on your left.
You'll find a couple of very well priced laundries opposite that hotel on your right and more if you keep walking.
It's a 10 minute walk or a 15 minute stroll from the Melasti
