Hi BaliTeam Six! On our last trip, which was our third, we stayed in a lovely villa just off Eat Street.
Our usual area is the Legian end of Seminyak towards Double6 Street.
I did a bit of shopping around Eat Street but when it came to going out for Dinner and some fun we headed back to the area we knew best.
I guess we are creatures of habit but Eat Street was a bit quiet for us, lots of boutique shopping and restaurants that weren't necessarily expensive but just didn't seem to have the atmosphere we were used to.
We shop in Kuta and spend lots of time there during the day but tend to eat Dinner around Double Six or the Legian beach area or at our favourite in Dhyana Pura "J.P's Warung."
Our next trip is booked for New Years and we have booked a villa in Double 6 Street. We figured that if we kept travelling back to our favourites then,this time, we might as well beclose to where we love to be.
I know that it's not a long way to Eat Street, and taksi's arent expensive, but it was just that little bit too far out for us. Dont get me wrong, our last trip was the first time that we had booked Villa accommodation and it was magnificent. If I could have moved that villa towards Legian we would stay in it every visit.
