Email her and ask if she would do it at tourist accommodation, I would say you would have to pay here double for carting all the stuff to you. The dolphins and bike ride were both arranged by my driver, he got us much better prices than the window price for the bintang bike ride, I was watching other people pay, they paid 350k IDR we paid 250k IDR each. Couldn't get a discount on the dolphins though. The dolphins can be looked at on http://www.balidolphins.com/ . MAKE SURE you book the day you arrive as they are booked a week or more out, you can book prior to leaving AUS.
