Have a look at www.balikutaardenvlla.com The 2 bedroom villa is privately owned and managed and has the benefit of being inside a hotel complex called "Panorama Cottages 1" The villa is pool facing and it is a nice quiet tropical complex so most of the time you get the entire pool area to yourself.
This villa has not been on the market as a rental for very long and the building is only 2 and a half yrs old (well built and modern) it can sleep up to 6 guests. They have a promotion on at the moment for low season dates....Stay 5 nights and get one night free (stay 12 nights get 2 nights free etc).
