I am not sure what you mean by meaningful and how much your budget is because usually the two don't go hand in hand :)
this year a group of us bought about 40 of those name bangles (you know the ones they try and tell u are made out of $2 coins)and I am pretty sure that we got them for about the 20,000 rupiah mark. I imagine that you could do a much better deal again if you were buying 200!
To me this is still a lot of money but it is about as personal as it gets and they wear quite well.
