We stayed at the Mercure Kuta last January on the back of a 50% off Accor Sale.
We booked 2 seaview deluxe rooms at the front, top of hotel (level just below roof level).
- Rooms fine, though I have read complaints regarding some smaller rooms within the hotel.
- Bed comfy.
- Toiletries provided.
- We fortunately, heard absolutely no noise from the Hard Rock Hotel next door, or elsewhere. Perhaps this is relevant to the position of room in hotel?
- Never ate in hotel so cannot comment.
- Small balcony overlooking the busy street & beach below.
- Rooftop infitity pool fab to luxuriate beside with panoramic views up & down the coast of Kuta.
- Surprisingly, I thoroughly enjoyed the central location to shops & a variety of eats.
I would stay there again for the price we paid (50% off going rate) & central location.
