found a good money changer on Malasti st, in the Kodak shopm I'm not sure if there are still there. They will have to walk away from Istana rama to melasti or legian to find someone reliable.
I'd change some money at the airport before getting a taxi or transport, The rate would be only a little less compared to the street rate but safe and would save having to change money late at night.
