I have used them several times and a bit slack and not emailed hotels either which made me feel anxious but never had a problem or a query upon booking in. In fact twice I have had an upgraded room from it so very happy indeed. My upgrade at Santika in Tuban was lovely and i looked up the room prices and my room was twice the price i payed. Little perks like that make your holiday !!
