Have booked with them for our Bali holiday last Xmas and had no problem. Rates are very good just check the rate at check out as it will have total amount including taxes etc. Would not hesitate using them again. Like jennyvmc said, it pays to email the hotel a few days before you arrive advising them of your stay. I always do this.
