Mopeds on Lembongan - 50cc & under????

Hi All,
Our travel insurance will only cover medical expenses if we have an accident on a moped/scooter that is 50cc or under. Does anyone know if we can rent them on Lembongan that fits these requirements?
We do not have a motorbike licence here in Australia, so we WILL NOT BE COVERED if we go above 50cc.
